(continued from page 9) People in everything his government have willfully achieved, even to the point of disregarding lawful judgements. He simply will not be denied, in whatever fashion, mood or extreme method necessary - he must have his way.
We, The People lawfully can, and must, make ourselves masters of "Homeland Security" - we can, and must, take back control of both houses of the Congress. We must revoke and unravel the web of unlawful manipulations conceived and connived by a conspiracy long in its making to destroy the fabric of this Republic, and render the magnificence of the Constitution to a meaningless document made obsolete by neglect.
We must realise the obligation of sovereignty. We must understand that 'sovereign' means possessing supreme or ultimate power. By our neglect, we have allowed special interests to dominate our government. By our neglect, we have entrusted our future to charlatans who willfully and wantonly disrespect their sacred oath and honor to serve our Constitution and protect us from all enemies, foreign and domestic. In a word, they have shamelessly lied to us! They show their contempt for us by asking us to return them to an office they use for self-aggrandizement, with complete disregard for the needs of this once-proud Republic.
It is naivé to a point of ridicule to expect these so-called 'representatives' to correct themselves - or, for the corrupters to relinquish their stranglehold of the corrupted.
The corruption does not confine itself to Washington politics; it is everywhere and in every aspect of government, including the judiciary.
To rely on Dr. Vieira again - No institution any longer embodies and especially enforces We The People's authority, which establishes the Constitution as "the supreme Law of the Land" and requires all |
Members of Congress "and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States" to"be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support the Constitution". Rather, public officeholders have degraded the Constitution to a ceremonial and impotent anachronism, whilst under the camouflage of its provisions they daily flout its intent - misuse its power - and in particular evade its disabilities - with impunity. Lawlessness has supplanted law under the color and forms of law.
No institution gives a tinker's damn, nor represents the interests of We, The People, nor do they care for our opinion. We, The People are enslaved to the special interests of secular-progressive power and control, and will remain so until we rediscover intestinal fortitude sufficient to the task of taking back that which we so cheaply surrendered - the gift of our sovereignty.
There is a better solution to our dilemma, and it was provided to us by the Founders, in the Declaration of our Independence.
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of (continued on page 11) |
